Head of the Fisheries Service

Tomas Kazlauskas was born on 18 April 1983 in Vilnius.
In 2002, he graduated from S. Stanevičius Secondary School in Vilnius. He obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Vilnius University in 2007 and a Master's degree in Ecology in 2008.
Tomas Kazlauskas began his professional career at the Institute of Ecology of Vilnius University. Since 2009, he worked as a Senior Specialist in the Fisheries Control and Monitoring Division of the Fisheries Department under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania. In 2013, he became Head of the Division, and on 9 May 2018, he was appointed Head of the Fisheries Service.
