Remuneration
In 2024, the average number of employees working at the Fisheries Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania, hereinafter referred to as the Fisheries Service, was 106.
The remuneration system for civil servants and employees working under employment contracts at the Fisheries Service, including remuneration principles, position levels and their structure, criteria for comparing positions and determining the amount of the salary coefficient, salary coefficient ranges and the procedure for setting salaries, as well as the conditions and procedure for granting allowances, incentives and awards, is established by the Description of the Remuneration Procedure for Civil Servants and Employees Working under Employment Contracts at the Fisheries Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania.
Information on the salaries of employees of the Fisheries Service is provided in accordance with the Law on the Right to Receive Information from State and Municipal Institutions and Agencies No. VII-1524 and the Description of General Requirements for the Websites of State and Municipal Institutions and Agencies, approved by Government Resolution No. 480.
