Employee Violence and Harassment Prevention Policy
n accordance with Article 30 of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 11 of the Law on Safety and Health at Work of the Republic of Lithuania, and taking into account the Methodological Recommendations on the Prevention of Psychological Violence in the Workplace and the Improvement of Psychosocial Working Conditions prepared by the State Labour Inspectorate under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, the following measures have been implemented at the Fisheries Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Fisheries Service):
- By Order No. V1-136 of the Director of the Fisheries Service of 14 November 2022, the Procedure for the Implementation of the Employee Violence and Harassment Prevention Policy was approved (attached).
- By Order No. V1-39 of the Director of the Fisheries Service of 9 March 2026, an employee responsible for handling reports of alleged violence and harassment was appointed (attached).
