eLaimikis Mobile Application

The eLaimikis mobile application, hereinafter referred to as the Mobile Application, is an innovative tool designed for the collection and control of recreational fishing data. Its purpose is to collect and systematise data on recreational fishers’ trips to the Baltic Sea, the number of such fishers and information on catches.

The developer and controller of the Mobile Application is the Fisheries Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Mobile Application can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play or the Apple Store. User identification is carried out through the electronic public services portal Electronic Government Gateway by clicking the active button “Log in via the Electronic Government Gateway”.

Personal data entered in the Mobile Application are processed in accordance with European Union and Lithuanian legislation, as well as the personal data protection rules of the Fisheries Service.
