Reporting of Extraordinary Events

OFFICE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA

In order to ensure the preparedness of the Office of the Government to coordinate crisis prevention (in accordance with Section II of Chapter 14 of the Law on the Basics of National Security of the Republic of Lithuania), we remind you that information on extraordinary events must be submitted to the Office of the Government without delay (immediately after the occurrence of the event).

When providing information, please follow Resolution No. 241 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 9 March 2006 “On the Approval of the List of Criteria for Extraordinary Events” and the attached List of Extraordinary Events. Please also provide, within your area of competence, information on events not specified in these documents but which, in your opinion, should be reported to the Office of the Government.
