Monitoring of Legal Regulation
Pursuant to Resolution No. 924 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 19 August 2009 “On the Approval of the List of Regulatory Legal Acts Subject to Monitoring” and Resolution No. 404 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 13 May 2009 “On the Monitoring of Regulatory Legal Acts”, monitoring is carried out to assess whether legal acts achieve the objectives of legal regulation and whether any unforeseen negative consequences, other decisions, or circumstances have emerged that could affect their continued validity and application.
No monitoring of legal regulation is carried out by the Fisheries Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania.
