Procedure for Appealing Decisions Adopted by the Fisheries Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania

Decisions of the Fisheries Service in administrative offence cases may be appealed within twenty days from the date of adoption of the decision in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Lithuania.
