Report Violations of Fishing Requirements in the Baltic Sea and Coastal Waters

We invite citizens not to remain indifferent and to report any planned, ongoing or committed damage to nature. For urgent response reports, please provide information by calling the emergency services number 112.

Cases of urgent response reports related to fishing:

Compliance with fishing requirements

When fishing is carried out during a prohibited period and/or in a prohibited area and/or using prohibited fishing gear;

When illegal fishing gear prepared for fishing is found at a fishing location.

Information about violations of fishing requirements in the Baltic Sea and coastal waters may also be submitted to the duty inspector of the Fisheries Control in the Baltic Sea Division, available 24/7:
